Removal of track end covers without damage

Hi! 2016 Lexus GX 460. I'd like to remove the REAR track end covers (front passenger seat) and then reinstall them. I cannot seem to find how to remove the end covers without damaging them.
Any idea/link/picture/suggestion is greatly appreciated in advance.

That part removal seems to be missing from FSM. I suspect removal is simply horizontally rearward

Passenger side is not accessible for me but it's the same. Just clips to release.
