A clean, damp cloth will take care of all your interior needs. Just wipe off the surfaces weekly to prevent dust, dirt, and sticky things from accumulating. Staying ontop of it regularly prevents a lot of future work. Also avoid eating/drinking in vehicle. This will age your interior more than most other things.

Finally got my dash done after being on the waiting list since the very first day it was announced. This was a 2 to 2.5 year wait. I didn't have chunks missing, but most of the top was sticky and reflecting on the windshield. Longo Lexus had it done in about three days, supplying a loaner in the process. Some very minor grease smudges and scratches around the steering column and gauge glass were detected after, but I rubbed most out and they are not noticeable. Everything else lines up fine. I have one new, faint rattle somewhere above the glovebox, but a previous louder rattle is now gone. So overall, I am extremely happy. This type of service and treatment keeps me with Lexus.

I removed my dash and door panels today.
It took 1 hour and two people to do the dismantling.
We estimate that it will take us 3 hours for assembly.
I'm going to apply Mercedes leatherette to all the problematic areas.
Total cost without the manhours, 600 USD.
Lexus Europe/Greece has taken no action until now for European Customers.
Shame for a suposed luxury/reputable brand.

I called Toyota call center the other day about my 2009 Camry Hybrid's stick dash issue. You HAVE to report it by the end of this year to get a replacement under the "Extended Warranty". Just took my vehicle today to a local dealer who stated it would take a year or maybe even two for the dash to come in, they're all backordered. I don't know if she's full of it or not but she just left me a voicemail a few minutes ago to say they have one in stock, called her back but she's busy so I am awaiting a return call.
If you have a sticky dash and have not yet called Toyota I would advise doing so ASAP, get a free replacement dash. Here's a link with some info but disregard the "Ending in May" proclamation on the first link or any links you see!:

My co-worker has a 2011 or 2012 IS-250 F-Sport and they replaced his dash a month ago at Lexus of Tampa Bay under this. I have gotten my dash and two front doors replaced on my ISF and the dash on my 2007 IS-250 replaced but I have been waiting on door panels on the IS-250 for over 2 years now. Once you are on the list you're good right? I mean the car is now 10 years old lol.
