Default Saw my first LC500 on the road yesterday...

I know, I am a bit behind, but just say my first LC500 on the road yesterday. It blew past me on the highway.

Wow. That car takes sexy to a whole new level. I know what I am going to be in the market for (used) when they start coming in off leases. I love the tesla-esque door handles (wonder why they aren't on the LS500?) and just the body lines in general. It really looks like a newer, smaller, LFA. Very striking presence.

Of course, my ultimate car goal is this:

But the LC500 would be a cool stepping stone along the way...

Dare I say compared to the LC that Ferrari looks sedate, even boring.

You may, but you wouldn't think that if you have driven the Ferrari. A purely sublime driving experience. I drive a 458 Italia pretty regularly, and I have to say, it never fails to make me smile.

But I have not driven an LC yet. I want to, but highly doubt I could just stroll into a Lexus Dealer with no intent to buy, and they would let me drive one.

Show up in your 458. I'll beg you to test drive the LC

LOL it's not mine. I have a friend that has one and I end up driving it to meets and parties occasionally. I went and got it for him and dropped it at the airport so he would have a way home one time. I even detail it every few months. I wish it was mine, but I am still a bit off from affording one. I just dropped a large cash down payment on my new home, which is more important in my mind

One also must remember, there is a ~200k price gap between the two when new. LOL

LC sure has presence. A Caviar one passed me one evening a few weeks ago. The headlights really grab ones attention, then the seductive body passes you, then those 3D afterburner taillights and wide stance say bye.

I have yet to see one on the road here in LA. I live on the Westisde of Los Angeles, where I usually always see the hot new cars, but not the LC, yet. I saw one on the showroom floor at Lexus Santa Monica... it's a beautiful car.

lol, agreed! That read just like an ad.

I've only seen 4 of these so far, if you count one I saw in the showroom. Only seen them in white, gray, and black (possibly caviar) so far, and it's stunning in all of them, especially black. I'd like to see a red one...

Red would be my fave. The one I saw yesterday was Nebula Gray I think.

Probably Smoky Granite Mica. Nebula Gray Pearl is not available on the LC.

Well there's only 8 colors available on the LC so it won't be hard to figure it out. Probably Liquid Plat. if silver.

Ultra White
Liquid Platinum
Atomic Silver
Smoky Granite Mica
Caviar
Autumn Shimmer
Infared
Nightfall Mica

.
Not sure why you have to tell everyone. It either does or it doesn't. But having to tell us makes me suspect something. Kinda like when someone tells me "they could afford a much higher priced car but they chose not to". Well, you either can or you cannot. There is no value it telling someone you can.
