Default OEM Tires for the RX

My RX350h Luxury AWD is due in the next week or so. Any idea what tires are installed from the factory? Hoping for A/S

Looking at people's pictures, I can see Bridgestone all seasons. I suspect they would say in their sales literature if any model had an option for summer tires.

For some reason I'm not able to attach the 2023 Lexus RX USA pre-order guide, here is the link: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sour...Gw4-5RxOIUqiUK

If you search for the word "tires" in the document you will find that summer tires are only available on the RX 500h F Sport Performance model. Depending on which part of the country you live in, the 500h may be delivered with all-season tires.

My best guess is that all models apart from the 500h come with all-season tires as standard, as you say. However, the brochure is not specific on this point.

The printed brochure I got at the dealer last month says all season tires for the RX500h are optional as well (summer tires standard). No summer tires listed for the 350 luxury at all so he should get all seasons.

I believe they use Bridgestone’s Alenza AS Ultra

Or go to discounttire.com and input your car’s info. It’ll show what tire is OEM.

My Premium Plus had Goodyear Eagle Touring 235/50R21, dealers car had Bridgestone Alenza Sport A/S; Since yours is a luxury it will be one of those. On the lower trims they get 19" and I have seen Michelin on them.

This. I have the Goodyear but have also seen, on the dealer lot, the Bridgestone Alenza as the other 21 inch tire.

Yes, got our car yesterday and got the Michelin Primacy tires. Nice 150 mile ride home...having said that, I had been considering not getting snow tires this time around (living in a snowy state) but the Primacy tread pattern makes it clear (as do reviews) that you won't want them in serious snow....no problem, I'll just get some Nokians in the fall.

I got the Goodyears on my 350h and after 900 miles it is hard to tell but they seem to perform well. I live in Florida and we have no ice but lots of rain. So far the Goodyears behaved in cornering and a couple of hard braking events. Hydroplaning is an issue down here and have not had a chance to really test that out. I put the Michelin Cross Climate 2 on my vehicle as I go the the mountains a couple times a year for ski season. I am a little disappointed in the very limited number of tires being manufactured in the 21” size I need, but have no doubt that the tire makers will rise to the occasion and provide tires for what will be a very popular vehicle in the future.

‘’Never the less, I love my 21” wheels and how they handle and feel going down the road.
