The 2016 GS350 uses the same roll bars across the range.
Only the AWD uses a different front roll bar to get around the front transaxle.
If you're looking for the best ride comfort, the 2016-18 Luxury trim has the best ride comfort across the 8-model years.

With lux trim you also get AVS. While I have not driven a Lux and Fsport back to back in S+ mode, but I have driven both and hard.

I would say the Fsport is maybe a bit firmer in regular driving mode. So, it's really a question of what do you want? A luxury car with a sporty mode, or a sporty car with a super sport mode? The AVS will act as if the springs are stiffer, but in-fact will not be. There is a video of the 4th Gen GS premier that had explained how quickly adjustments are made by the AVS system between LUX and Fsport, and the Fsport was much more active.

I like my LUX, because I get a good mix between both worlds. However I'm sure a newer model than my '14 would handle better, but I'm very satisfied with mine... except I wish the springs were a bit softer.

I'd go through getting softer springs for the ride, but IDK how much AVS would like that. So that project is indefinitely tabled.

The Steering ECU is different in the F Sport vs Lux, I think also?
