Just a heads up to anyone who has a GX (or is getting one shortly) that has massaging seats. My girlfriend recently purchased an Overtrail+ model, and within the first week, we noticed the passenger side front massage seats did not work when turned on (tried all modes/intensities). There weren't any error messages and the car just went in for service today so I will update everyone as to the outcome. But we were curious if anyone else has seen this failure already, so early in mileage. Assuming it's a one off due to new model introduction, but nonetheless, a bit disappointed given Lexus build quality history, and all my proclaiming of it to her before she switched over to the Lexus family .

One of the pneumatic lines popped off. Reattached and secured with zip ties. Boom works again.

Same happened to us on our first major road trip with this new vehicle. Passenger side only malfunctioned. Thanks for the info about the possible repair solution.

The exact same thing happened to me in the GX550 luxury plus. Within about 2.5 weeks, the passenger massage feature has completely stopped working. I’ve reached out to the dealership, and of course they’ll fix it, but it’s disappointing.

Massage seat(s) update: Went to the dealer today to have the passenger side fixed. All good. Mechanic fastened the lines on both seats (just to make sure) with zip ties. Seems to be a design flaw especially on the passenger side . . . he said the lines are a bit short. He put in a note to Lexus to adjust that soon (I hope).
