Default Buzzing Sound near Infotainment or Center Speaker

Hi. I'm starting to hear these electric/buzzing noises near the infotainment or center speaker dash. No matter how subtle or rough the road is, it'll keep making that sound over the bumps.

Here's a video but it's kind of hard to hear the buzz.

Any ideas? I've read maybe the turn signal switch, emergency button, or ac control (although when I turn off the ac it keeps making that sound).

If you think its the center speaker, maybe its blown?

Its very easy to disconnect. Just need some car door pliers, lift the grill up and remove the two screens. Disconnect the cable from speaker.

Hmmm I'll turn off the stereo if it happens again. Will the buzzing stop then? If so, that's the culprit.

Turned of stereo and no change.

Here's a much better video of the noise.

Hard to hear but sounds like something turning there, like a speedometer cable, which is unlikely in this day and age.
Is the sound there when vehicle is not moving?
Something might just be loose and rattling in the dashboard. Tough repair. How much are you willing to pay to further diagnose and get rid of the sound, as it might require multi thousand dollar dashboard removal... unless you do it yoruself.

There's a blend door actuator around there iirc. Try turning off HVAC system and see if it goes away. Could be fan too.

So something strange happen. There was a portal, through space and time, dropped a screw randomly while driving. Haha no but seriously, I was just driving and if I recall, a screw fell from somewhere around the infotainment/air vents or even possibly rear view mirror. Tried check behind mirror for missing screws but nothing.

Photo below. Any idea where it might come from? Hoping this is what's making that annoying noise
