Exclamation Cyl 3 misfire, CODES on Looking for

My 2009 Rx350 has codes P0303 for Cyl 3 misfire, P0020 Camshaft position A Actuator-Bank2, P0102 MAF circuit low, P0113 Intake air temp circuit high, I also noticed there was almost NO coolant in the reservoir. I am new to Rx350, any suggestions to systematically check & rectify is appreciated. Thanks

Your info doesn't say much to help for a diagnosis but in a way it actually says a lot.

I just don't know what it's saying yet. Haha

Ok, that is an unusual buffet of codes and I hope the issue is electrical and not mechanical.

Please use a flashlight and inspect your wire harness and wires for any damage or unplugged connectors and report back.

Hoping for easy fix.

Engine is off for this test

Default Codes update

Just hooked up the Snapon scanner, here is the results. The airintake box was filthy with bad filter as well. Gonna clean up well incl MAF sensor. Besides that the engine bay looks really good, I suspect either the coil or the plug or wiring for cyl 3 could be the culprit, will check it out tomorrow.

I will check out your data.

What is the story with this car, did you buy it like this?

Did all these codes come on at once?

Are these codes persistent?
Another words, if you unhook the battery to clear everything, do they ALL come back?

I don't think it's a coil or bad plug with those assortment of codes, I'm leaning electrical.

Thanks, Appreciate if you can throw some light, I bought it like this hoping to fix. I did swap out cyl 3 coil with cyl 4. Cleaned (wire brushed) plugs 2,4 & 6 they all looked bit black as if it ran rich. Once i put all back together it started but shuts off in like 3-4 secs. I dont know why. I then disconnected battery for about 30 min, same result. To my knowledge i connected everything as supposed to be, may be will dbl check tomorrow again. I also did clean MAF sensor with sensor kleen fluid. Air blew the air filter as well. Oh btw all the coil connectors had lost its clip & are simply pushed in snug.

If you have the RX350, there is a fuel pump resistor under the wiper cowl.

If left unhooked, the car will start but run out of gas in 3-5 seconds, over and over again,we have seen this before.

The fuel pump resistor is bypassed on starting up and then switches fuel pump power thru that resistor when car is running

RX330 doesn't have it, it's on RX350 and above.

Please check the connections at the fuel pump resistor.

PS, I believe the MAF at idle and in Park, should read 3.5 g/cm. If that's wrong someone please let me know so I can correct it.

That really makes sense, Thank you. Of course i had to take the wiper arm & the motor mechanism off to get the plastic cowl out & it had 2 electrical connectors that i disconnected & didnt put back yet as i am only testing with the coil swaps. Will check & connect it tomorrow & see...

I had it running once fp resistor was connected the 3 cyl misfire doesnt change even after swapping spark plug, coil, zip tie the clip etc. I suspect coil wires need to be changed & may be a good idea to change the coil packs / plugs same time.

What codes are you seeing now?

Do you have an oscilloscope?

Actually my snapon does have some leads that can be connected, never tried or know how to use them.
