There should be videos on youtube and here you just got to search for them. The location of the plug or plug if im not mistaken is just over the transmission bell housing. There were threads showing what plies needed to remove the plug.

But for an 09, I dont think you should have drain issues, as this was common on the early models. Are you having smell in the cabin? If so maybe your evaporator is dirty, they make special sprays that can help clean them aswell as the air cleaner housing

Yes, my cabin is smelling. I have the cleaner used to purge the smell and mold in your evaporator. I just need to locate it.
Is this video very similar to where you'll find the plug for the 09 GS350?

Heres a video, probably better for you to use a cleaner. I had a similiar issue and I wanted to do the drain but when I read that the 08-up do not have a drain issue I didnt bother with it. What I did was sprayed the evaporator with a bunch of chemical cleaners to basically flush the dirt out.

Maybe experiment with cleaners such as this brand

I did remove the cabin air filter, when I removed the filter that gave me better access to the evaportor basicly I just sprayed a whole can of stuff similiar to lysol disinfectant spray into the area between where the filter sits. Then I let it sit over night, and the car smelled like lemons for a day but it removed the smell.

I did this but with ozium spray and sprayed the plenum with air cycle on fresh, but I forgot to take the filter out lol. When I turn AC off it gets a bit musty which is why I'm gonna clean from the evaporator hose area

I had the same issue, which is why I got fed up and just sprayed a whole can into the air cleaner box aiming at the evaporator. Also I sprayed inside the ac ports on the dash. I wanted the spray to drip out of the drain ports to disinfect as much as possible. Thankfully the must has been gone for several years now.
