Unhappy IS250 06 AC Running hot

Hey, guys. I am having an issue with my Lexus is250 06. The AC is running warm. The driver side and back seat vents seem to run cooler than passenger vents. It is still hot from the driver's side, but noticeably hotter for the passenger's vents. I got one of those service it yourself AC refrigerant cans to recharge as I assume it might be low on Freon. I plugged the thing into the lower service port, and the PSI reading is 115 on the gauge while in the driveway. The compressor is kicking and I can see it running. Based on my thermometer gauge while AC on and set to the lower temp. The reading is 100 degrees the same as outside. If I blast the heat it reaches 155 coming from the vents. Prior to this, I had a shop look into a different issue about 2 months ago. He mentioned to me I might need to change the thermostat. At that time the AC was cold, so I brushed it off. Would that be the issue? Should I go and change the thermostat?

I am not sure how I go by this. Any suggestions?

I had an AC line leak in my Matrix. took it to my independent and they found the leak, replaced a line and was all good to go. Should be an easy fix. But I have no clue what to do

I would not think it a leak, Since the car is holding pressure. If it was a leak it would be not over pressured. Unless a leak in this case would cause pressured to build in the AC lines?

I am having a shop look at it today I will see what they say. Hopefully its not the compressor. The ac is kind of cold on low fan speed, but if put in high its warm/hot. That tell me its ether its the compressor or bad fan. We will see.
