I have a 2013 is350 and I'm looking to get some megan racing sway bars for the front and rear. I was wondering if I'd need adjustable end links, and if it's a good idea to run these on stock shocks/springs.

Sway bars are their own entity in the suspension separate from springs/shocks. They are designed to go together of course, but you can run stock springs/shocks on an aftermarket sway bars, or stock sway bars on aftermarket springs/shocks/coilovers. The only time you'd need adjustable end links is if you lower the car by a moderate amount. That is the only purpose of adjustable end links. It has nothing to do with the sway bars, just the lowering. The purpose is to realign the sway bar orientation back to OEM adjusting for the lowering. I ran them on mine at one point, but saw no benefit (they just made a lot of noise). Stock is fine.
