As the title says ...
I've never tried before but attempted this weekend to connect my iPhone 13 to car play but nothing but frustration ! Now , i'll be the first to admit i am not the most tech savvy but i'm not an idiot(at least , i don't think i am).I've watched video after video and i can't get this thing to connect. When i hit the voice recog button as the manual says to , i get nothing except Lexi asking what i would like to do AND no carplay doesn't register with her.The only thing i can think of now is that it has been deleted from the car from previous owner--we bought it when it was 6 mos old. Is that possible? 2022 RX with iPhone 13!!!!!!!

When I plug my phone in with a USB cable then CarPlay shows up on my phone. Never tried it wireless.

I guess i should have said that as well. I DO plug it in with a usb.

Which USB port are you using? I use the one inside the center storage compartment under the lid. I’m not sure if the exposed ones work for CarPlay, never tried them.

Only the USB ports in the console under the lid will support Car Play. The ones in the front of the console under the dashboard are only for charging.
