Default Parking Assist No Longer Working After Custom Work

Hello!

I had a sound system installed, with dynamat installation. (professionally by reputable company).
Afterwards, I got an error message saying the parking assist is unavailable. When I'm in reverse, camera shows blue bars, but not the dynamic yellow ones that move with steering. Exclamation mark is present upper left screen.

Of course they're saying it was like that when it arrived, and they filled out the papers as such. It was not. First time ever seeing this message. I don't think they did anything wrong.
It's hard to assess what's under the dynamat, but I doubt any wires were cut in the process if they were even accessible.

I'm attributing it something to do with the battery being unhooked and reconnected.

I have tried:
-driving for period of time at sustained >22mph speeds.
-rotating steering all the way left and then to right in stopped position (I tried drive, park, reverse).

Please help. What's going on? How do I get this back on?
I took a piece of dynamat off very rear portion and saw it was covering small wires that lead into a ground onto the chassis. There's no way having dynamat on this grounded portion would affect anything, right?

2020 ES350. Thanks!

I would suggest disconnecting the battery to see if it will reset, if not take it to a Lexus certified technician. Hard telling what they disturbed while in there.

I have tried this process numerous times...I'm still unable to enter the service menu.

In the video, the sequence is performed on a 2019 ES. I'm wondering if the sequence has changed for the 22' model year?

Also, I'm in Canada, I have a Canadian car....maybe different sequence to enter service menu??

DOES ANYONE ELSE KNOW HO TO ENTER THE SERVICE MENU ON A 22' ES 350?

Thanks

I GOT IT.
Press and hold menu, while holding, turn OFF and ON headlights 4 times. This will go into menu.
then progress through camera, then steering.
balance center at neutral position.
then click the second box, rotate all way to left, click again, rotate all way to right.

A reputable company would have known the consequences of battery disconnect and know how to correct. If it were me I would let them know the car was not brought in that way and they would probably be glad you did so they know what to do with the next customer. Strange thing is that same model year one may do it and another not. I have disconnected my 2020 ESh battery numerous times and only thing I loose is a setting in Nav.
