Default Help, drove the car off the lot / needs head unit

Hello,
Purchased a new 350hRX premium plus this past Wednesday and noted right away the AM/FM radio was static and not working. The Speakers/ sound was not rich in treble or bass on Sirius .I took it in to the dealer and was told it was the head unit. They are on back order and they are looking into when and how they can get one. The car we purchased came from the sister dealership and had 200 miles on it so someone had to know this issue.
if the head unit is replaced who is to say the problem would be a fix?
is it to soon to approach the dealer on a return/ replacement? Or do I have to wait it out if they have the car for 30 days ? I live in Ohio.

This is a brand new RX with a bad stereo? That pretty unusual situation for a Lexus vehicle. Certainly they will get it fixed to your satisfaction. You probably best throw your Bluetooth speaker in the car for the time being. If you really want to get upset about it, they would return the car or exchange it. But that’s not really the route I would want to go. Just make sure your salesman has a new head unit ordered, with your name on it. So you can get it solved right away. If u decided that you hate the car or something, you could use this as justification to return it, but once you have bought it, try and enjoy, sometimes problems come up, Lexus has been great about dealing with them.
