Just put the ol girl back together, new engine, its misfiring on bank 2. Im thinking something to do with the cam angle sensor? The machine shop took them off and I just threw them back on, dont know if theres more to installing them than that but Ill look at my manual when I get back out there. Any other ideas are appreciated, other than check the spark, obviously Im gonna do that.

You pulled the codes and all the even # cylinders are misfiring? Or what codes are you getting? Why do you think the misfire is on bank 2? The VVTi and cam sensors don’t need any special procedures to install. Just make sure the wire harness is in good shap, the plug clicks in tight when you plug them in, make sure things like the o-rings are in good shape before you install the sensors, otherwise they should install without issue. If you had a bad sensor you will usually get a DTC that’s associated with it anyway, to help identify what the issue is.
