Default Would you buy another NX ?

Hi,
My ride is a 2016 NX200T with 100k trouble free kms ( 62k miles). With the exception of a windshield replacement from a stone chip, its only on-going expenses are regular oil/filter changes and premium gas. Still riding on factory Michelins rubber and original brake pads front and rear. New plugs @ 60k kms as per service manual and that's it.
Since its a 1st gen vehicle and I'm well aware of what 1st gen introductions can be like ( horror tales from other major car mfg'ers ) I'm curious as to what other owners opinions are and their experiences with this model were. Is it a highly recommend or a never again ?

2015 Nx 200t. Surprising comment about tyres and brake pads.

190k kms and owned since new.

Unexpected repairs:
Engine dropped twice for rear main seal. 1st time covered under good will. 2nd time $3000 Aus.
Lock actuator rear door $700
Centre arm rest leather(really vinyl) cracked. $1200

Recalls:
Fuel pump. This was the most frustrating problem as would not start in very cold weather if car ungaraged. Took several visits to dealer and many weeks in service department before recall issued and sorted problem.

TSB:
Turbo exhaust thingy for hesitation under hard acceleration.

Regular Maintenance:
Battery: Every 3 years. Dealer says the thing eats batteries. Tried a you beut deep cycle $2000 battery. No difference still lasted 3 years. Apparently its the draw from the stop start system.
Tyres: Heavy car. Always quality Michelins. Every 3 years.
Brake pads. Fronts wear heavily. Rear ok. Not too bad only changed twice so far front and back.

Servicing:
Not cheap but exceptional service.

Good car. OK reliability. Expensive to maintain now.

Great dealer experience. Always provided replacement car. Went into bat against corporate for good will repairs and TSB.

So yes, new one on order. Hybrid this time.

YES. I would consider purchasing again.

I have a 2020, currently with 75k miles.
I'm on the original Michelin tires, with probably another 6-12+ months left on them.
I've had NO problems with the vehicle whatsoever.
I change the oil/filter every 5k (Mobil1 synthetic and OEM filters), and air/cabin filters regularly.
I changed the brake pads at around 70k, and they still had life left to them!
I changed the plugs TWICE already (at 35k & 70k). I believe the doc recommends at 40k.

Easiest oil change and spark plug procedures of any vehicle I've ever owned.
Regular inspection and cleaning of engine compartment.
Regular inspection and topoff (distilled water) of battery.
Regular wheel rotations (incl. proper torquing), vacuuming and cleaning of interior.

From the little I've read about the NX, it seems the earlier models (i.e. 2015/16) had a bunch of quirks that the later ones don't have. That's just my perception.

If I need another small gas SUV, I'd consider the NX again.

2016 200t, 74k miles, the only unexpected repair was the water pump. The rest was just routine maintenance.

@miop4000 Your unit must have been made on the last shift of a Friday nite and I admire your faith in the Lexus brand to order another NX albeit a hybrid. And yes, I too would buy another NX.
FWIW my daughter bought a 2019 Rav4 hybrid ( 1st year of 1st gen hybrid ) and she loves it. No complaints of breakdowns at all.
