I'm looking into swapping the 2009 Nav Unit faceplate onto my 2006 nav unit for the more modern look, and the 2009+ vents. Anyone know if the faceplate will bolt onto the 2006-2008 nav unit? Or do I have to find a 2009 nav unit if I want the new look?

Sounds interesting indeed, I'm curious to know of the possibility as well. I have a feeling it's impossible
