Default Upgrading door/dash speakers

Hello beautiful friends.
I have seven 3.5" Kicker KS speakers I would like to swap in.

My questions as I brainstorm and map the project:
-Do I need to remove entire door panels? I'm under the impression that I can remove the grill with a tool without taking the whole panel out.
-Also what other size speakers are there? I'm trying to find a list, but I'm seeing mixed results. I believe the front two doors also have 6x9s, but I want to know the answer before I remove the door panel (if I even need to).
-Will I need any mounting brackets, or should the speakers fit nicely in.

Also, I MAY add a 4-channel amp.
What is the best way to wire them to the speakers?
-run wire directly through panels into speaker?
-run wire directly to amplifier and hit speaker wires this way?

Thank you all!

Best way.. go to a stereo shop and have them replace them all. you might be surprised how little it cost if you supply parts
Wel ok, the EASIEST way..

Ok several things.
Mounting IS NOT aligned.
When I replaced it with Kicker KS 3.5 series, I could only mount one side. Not best practice, but whatever.

ALSO: Do they ML panels on rear doors pop off? Or do I need to remove entire door panel.
I was attempting, but it wasn't coming off easily (I have a prying tool kit). I didn't want to risk damage the panels so I stopped.
Someone please confirm.

Just take the door panel off. It really is super simple. Like two, maybe three screws, and then you just pull the panel off. Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes your very first time. After that, you'll do it in 3 minutes.
The only "trick" is to remember to secure the door latch cable before reinstalling. Ask me how I know - okay, I didn't secure the cable properly, buttoned the door back up, and had to call my wife (from the garage) to come let me out

Hi new here -- I was wondering for those who upgraded their speakers to the REF307F in the ES350 did you use the supplied capacitor. Have 2 opinions from Crutchfield one says use and one says do not use.

Are you sure they are Capacitors? or are they crossover resistors. Either or, I would not use them on new speakers.

*** On mounting the 3 1/2 speakers, I believe you can slide the spring nuts ( those thin metal clip looking things used as the mounting nuts) inwards a bit, which if you can, you should be able to mount all 4 corners of the speaker. If not, use large washers or something to secure the speaker in all corners. IF not, you might experience vibration ***

To the best of my knowledge, I believe caps rated at 270uf 50wv. To be used on base Pioneer 10 speaker system, dash only.

Ah excellent. saw that! Will do that soon.
Also I haven't noticed a considerable improvement... dare I saw slightly downgraded? I was expecting more volume and clarity.

ALSO did you happen to swap out 6x9s too?
-did you need mounting bracket for 6x9
