Windshield wiper arms
I am trying to pull the wiper arms away from the windshield, but the hood seems to be blocking me from lifting up. I can't seem to get them to stay in the extended position either, is there a correct way to do this

Hey Lexus windshield wipers to service position or pull the wiper lever after turning the car off.
