Default 2008 to used 2014 suspension (60k miles)

I recently purchased a 2008 ISF and I am in love with it. I had a PPI completed by Lexus techs and everything looks great aside from the leaking rear shocks and the worn LCA bushings. I have looked at a couple of different coilover options and have also been in talks with someone looking to sell their 2014 shocks and struts with 60K miles for $400. If I go the coilover route, I would go with BC with swift springs. Which would you take, taking price into consideration? How much more life could I get out of the 2014 shocks and struts(no leaks... yet)

The install is going to run you 6-7 hours at a shop (I got a few quotes) for the shock / LCA bushing install and require an alignment. The parts new (springs and shocks from a '14) are around $1,600 if you get a good deal on them during a sale from Bell Lexus or Lexus of Mobile. Personally rather than spend all the install $ on the used setup, which has been sitting for 10 years and may or may not last that much longer, I'd go for the coilovers or buy new '13+ shocks/struts for peace of mind. When faced with this choice I decided to go with the new 13+ OEM suspension on my '08. Ride quality is dramatically improved - my '08 suspension had only 36K miles, and the ride was awful. It's still stiff but much more comfortable now - no more bouncing. You may get lucky and have zero issues with the used setup, but if you're doing the work and keeping the car, I liked the peace of mind from the new parts esp. with all the install labor.

Buy the RRracing R3 coilovers - I daily my 08 with 76k and it has transformed the car. You can set the ride height to be stock as well.

It's hard to determine the remaining life of those OEM shocks, and as mentioned above that once you factor in the install and alignment cost, I'd pick to go NEW whether it be OEM or aftermarket coilovers.
FWIW, my 2012 rear shocks blew when it was 5 years/40k miles and I went the coilover route.
