Hi all I am in process of repair my ecu, I cannot remove the glovebox. I watched a dozen videos and searched forums, I found 3 screws and 2 bolts but the box won't come out what am I missing?

It feels like it is attached at the top corners still. Are there plastic tabs still holding?

Car is 1998 with CD mint low miles I am trying to keep in best condition many thank you for help!

Plastic tabs! 1 corner became stuck feels like 1 more hidden bolt but no way it can exist?

Over on the far right side there's a cap screw. Not sure if you got that but then the right side should come loose. There's a metal clip there also but you just have to pull back.

Hi! I did get that bolt yes. it required quite heavy pulling more than I am comfortable with to remove glovebox. Thankfully did no break any plastic thank you for suggestion

Door key remote is mounted to ecu bracket, you must unbolt CD player to unbolt ecu.

ECU now on way to be fixed, thank you!
