Default Finding p/n for hardware missing on parts diagrams?

I need a suspension bolt - M14 flange bolt, 1.5 pitch, 25mm. It secures the shock to the lower shock arm on a GS350 awd, third generation. One of mine was damaged from a prior mis-installation. It is not readily available, even from specialty hardware companies like Fastenal or Tacoma Screw. It’s unique to the awd model, as the curved arm is necessary to clear the front axle(s). Diagram below.

Deciding I would go to Lexus or Toyota, I discovered it is missing from the available parts diagram! Does anyone know if the parts department will have more complete parts listings, or hardware? Or how I can get the p/n?

It goes upward through this arm (at red arrow), into the base of the shock. It does not come provided w/the new shocks, and is missing from this diagram.

Here is the lil’ fella we are talking about. This is the undamaged one from the other side.

Probably this but I don't know your exact year

All you had to do is look at the strut section of the diagram.
