Default Changed Intake manifold gasket. HELP

I had an independent mechanic change my intake manifold gasket and now the engine vibrates badly when idle on my 2013 ES350. It wasn't doing that before.

ANY SUGGESTIONS OR POINTERS???

If the problem started immediately after the gasket replacement take it back to the mechanic. A decent one should stand behind their work or at least diagnose the problem to see if it is related to their work or not.
Assuming they have a scan tool, a vacuum leak would show the fuel trims to get better (closer to 0) as the engine speed increases and a smoke test would show the source of a leak.

Thanks for the advice. I took it back to the mechanic a couple times. He didn't see anything wrong. He says it's running fine

So you randomly decided you needed a new intake gasket? That and nothing else?

More to the story here…

There was an oil leak around one of the coil packs. The mechanic replaced the valve cover gasket. He told me, "you might as well go ahead and replace the intake manifold gasket while I'm at it, since I'll have the top of the engine disassembled". Given that the car had 212K, I adhered to the mechanic's suggestion about the intake manifold gasket.

For those who are new to the internet:

You need a second opinion as this guy is not going to admit he screwed up and thus will never repair anything.
When you get a proper diagnosis elsewhere you can take that back to him and offer him the option to repair it and pay for the diagnosis elsewhere or file in small claims court against him.
Or get the other shop to repair it and then file suit against him.
If you paid by credit card, call the company to stop payment and advise there is a dispute on this charge. You may have to do this in writing. Call them first.
