Cool Looking to do NA-T and Manual swap - what order?

Hey all,

I have a 2003 GE-VVTI Aristo. I got it as a daily and have enjoyed it so much it is now parked at ~170k km. I am looking to start building it as much as I can. It very stock besides a lip and coilovers that I recently got installed.

This is definitely a forever car as the platform is amazing and I love the JZ engine more than I thought I would! The long term overall plan is to pull the engine and boost it at some point. I know the VVTI rods are not great, that's what it will all be pulled and the engine will be built before boosting it - I don't like to half *** things, even if I am aiming for about 400hp. The other thing I would like to do is manual swap it at some point. I see people swap in R154's, CD0009/A's, and some BMW trans that I can't name at this moment.

Again these are long term goals and I don't plan on finishing any of these anytime soon as I am young and saving for a house, however I have a vision lol. This post is obvs very vague sounding, but I have done quite a bit of research and I know it is not as easy as I might be making it sound. My question today is what order should I do this in? Or at the same time? If I boost the car first, the transmission will come after unless I get a TT auto trans because the stock GE one will not hold. If I manual swap in, I know the ECU I have will be a problem , but the same will be true if I boost the car.

What have you all done with your builds? Any tips?

Thanks in advance!
