Front bumper cover off. What else should I do while I'm in there? (+180K mi LS600h L)
I have the front bumper cover off to diagnose and repair/replace parking sensor and radar cruise, what else should I do while I'm in there? It's a +180K mile LS 600h L. Previous owner had a minor bump in the front that damaged some small stuff but didn't do anything structural. Repair shop did a half-*** job.
Anything else I should have a look at or preventatively replace while I have the bumper cover off?

Unless you've done them recently, change the headlight bulbs if you have HID's/change the filter for the air compressor and clean the smog sensor filter. I would make sure there is no buildup of anything between the condenser and the radiator.

Upgrade the foglights with a compatible LED bulb.
