Default RX Luxury Interior Cleaning

What do you use to clean the dash, seats and other interior surfaces? The dash seems easy to damage/mark up if I use the wrong chemicals. I clean the screens with a damp microfiber using warm water and drying immediately. Let me know. Thanks!

I use Adams interior cleaner. For the infotainment screen never use any cleaner with ammonia. There I use anything like Invisible Glass etc. Best $70 ever spent was getting a matte ppf installed on the screen. Same people that did our bumper headlightz and mirrors. Blocks 99% of glare, of course layer of protection and eliminates 90% of fingerprints. Did both our 2023 NX and 2024 RX.

No need to spend a fortune! Use Woolite on all interior surfaces. I've been doing it for years with no problem what so ever.

Thanks! Yup, that is exactly what I did...warm dish water soap applied with a microfiber rag...thanks for all the suggestions below.

I was just blown away by how easily it marred...and it looks more like "skid marks" v scratches but the detailers have stated that they are indeed scratch marks.
