Just did the cabin air filter. Its easy...........if you have done it before.

First time is hell if you dont pay attention to how the stopper pins came out. (putting them back in, in the dark, is not fun.) I didnt...... You dont need pliers, just strong fingers. Twist CCW to unlock and CW to lock Took an hour in 96F under the dash. Will take 7 min next time....if I am not dead before then.
A bunch of leaves and some dirt, not bad for almost 200K without a change.

I remember doing it the first time on my son's 05 SC 430. It was not hard once you figured out the ***** out. When I did it for Steve the first time I discovered that someone before Steve had thrown out the filter frame and just put the new filter back in. So I had to order a new filter frame and they had broke 2 of the clips off trying to get the door off.so it required a new door as well.

I changed mine couple of months ago. It was fairly dirty.
