Sometimes it won't start, it threw a check engine light yesterday. These are the codes it's giving me. Anyone know what's going on? This began shortly after I swapped out my water pump.

When did this started to happen? Did anyone touched the vehicle?

It got worse after I changed the water pump but it was already having some symptoms before.

the weirdest thing it does is when I turn it off sometimes the engine won’t actually turn off. I have to restart and turn the car off again to get it to actually shut off. Super weird. Never seen that before. Otherwise seems to run fairly well aside from occasional stumbling when stopped, needs a bit of gas to keep engine from stalling.

I checked all the connectors and they were fine.

For example, just now it refused to start after getting gas and I had to try to start it multiple times while feathering the gas to get it to crank.

I do wonder if perhaps it’s my gas cap causing a vacuum leak since often these issues come up after getting gas.
