Default RSR Downs

Hey! Im planning to go with these springs. Can anyone confirm that the Rears will sit/sag lower than the Front? Is this true? Is it a defect on some RSR springs? I found some threads online that said it did. Thanks in advance

I have 2022 IS350 with RSR Downs (AWD) and can confirm that rear is a bit lower than the front - I don’t think is defect and personally I don’t really mind (maybe it’s to prevent rubbing in front?)

That’s how my car fitment looks after springs settled down (~100 miles):

Tires front: 245/40/19 (no rubbing, closes gap a bit, didn’t wanna go with thicker sidewall due to AWD system, kept it stock size)
Tires rear: 275/35/19 (rubs a bit, 265 should be perfect)

That looks absolutely perfect. I ended up going withthe Eibach Pro Kit. Mainly because I needed more gap in the back because of my family. But RSRs look great.

I agree, I mostly drive myself or with my toddler son, we have an SUV for longer family trips so wasn’t too worried. It is rubbing a little bit on these horrible NJ roads but i think if i went with 265 on rear it would be just fine even when lowered!

I picked up the pro kit as well. They're sitting in my house and will install within the next few weeks. Haven't seen an IS with these springs so I hope it will be a decent enough drop, but I think it'll look great. If you get them installed soon, please post pics. Because of my work, I have to keep any drop subtle, otherwise, RSR probably would have been my choice.

I will. I'll be getting it installed this weekend.

Yeah, I think 265 would fix that.

I just installed the RSR down springs on my 23" IS350 F-sports AWD and it's sit a bit lower on the rear I think is due to the tires diameter is taller than the front, but I did measure the rear from the ground to the fender is just 1mm or 2mm off from 27 inches and the front is 1 or 2mm higher than 27 inches, I need to remeasurement height after springs seatle, but I am running 235-35-20 and 275-30-20 out back no rubbing at all, and the wheels offset are +38 up front and +45 in the back wheels specs 20x9 +38 and 20x10.5 +45, I will try to get 245-35-20 and 285/30/20 when my current tires wear out

I just uploaded the pics to an album in my profile. I'm actually extremely happy how it came out. I think that's how it should've came stock. The ride pretty much feels stock. Pretty smooth. Not rough, bumpy, or bouncy at all. Def. recommend the Eibach Pro Kit

Dang it. I can’t figure out how to see your profile on my cell phone. I’m in Tahoe right now but I’ll be able to check it out in a couple days when I get home.

Super happy for you. I’m getting antsy and airing to put mine on. Did you do the install yourself? You should attach a pic to this thread for others to see.

*** Okay. I figured how to view a profile on a mobile. Looks great. Got rid of some gap.
