Coolant drain and re-fill
Need to buy Toyota super long life coolant (the pink stuff)
How much DRAINS OUT of the
engine cooling system
and how much from the intercooler system.

Capacity of radiator and intercooler systems are respectively 7.9 and 2.9 litres. This is around 11 quartz.
I doubt all the fluid will drain from either system (based on changing fluid on many cars). There will be fluid in the block and pump of engine cooling system). There will likely be fluid remaining in the intercooler.
Does intercooler have a pump or is it a thermo-siphon system?
For example with auto tranny fluid, less then 20% drained out when I did the drain and refill, as fluid remains in torque converter, hydraulic pump, lines etc).
Most of oil drains out of engine, as gravity carries most fluid to the sump, which is located directly under engine.
If anyone has done coolant jobs they might comment on quantities that drained out or how much fluid they needed for the refills.

I did this this summer, just buy one more jug than you think and return the extra.
Careful with the intercooler; it’s a pain. The bleed valve is a plastic hex plug, and you need to back it out more than you might think.
You will also want tech stream in order to manually turn on the electric inter cooler pump, you won’t be able to bleed it without doing this.
