Question 08 es350 replacements

Hello everyone, new to the forum/thread. I have a 2008 lexus es350 and have some average experience with body work/mechanic work to my car and my previous cars. Recently, I was swiped in my front right and it took out my front passenger fender/headlight/and the bumper. What's the best method to replacing these? I've seen that to replace the headlights, you must remove the bumper. Should I remove everything and replace all at once? How long would it take for someone with limited body work experience?

Thanks for the help

There's a video on YouTube on removing the headlight assembly. Two videos actually, one around 10 mins and the other around 18 from the same guy. He doesn't take the bumper off fully to do. I just removed the headlight assembly the other day. All the screws took 30 mins, except one which was seized. If your car is a Northeast car in the US, you might be familiar the pain it is to deal with rusted screws. I also have trim tools so that makes popping out the bumper easier. I don't think it should be too bad. 10mm wrench will be your friend for most bolts.

I have the same color as you. Unfortunately it's very rare now and hard to find parts that are already painted that color.
