yes its possible to get 80k miles out of original pads. It depends on the driving habit.
Original pads tends to be grabby and produce lots of black dusts. That's another way of telling if they are original.

Your pads are a little more than half worn, at that mileage I'd say they've been changed.

When I went to the Lexus owner's site and typed in my VIN, I learned the previous owner had a brake job at X miles, a battery replacement 2 years ago, an ATF flush, and even a brake fluid flush around 30,000 miles. Naturally the Lexus site only includes work done by the dealerships, i think, but it might be worthwhile for you to check your VIN too.

On my '12 now at 280k miles the front brakes have been replaced at 90k and 181k. The rears at 97k, 202k and 275k. With the amount of life left I'd say you are on the 2nd set. All repairs below for 275k.

I haven't had less that 100,000 miles from (front) pads for over 30 years (BMW and/or Lexus). If you have quality, modern pads and don't slam on the brakes every time you stop, you should get many more miles out of your pads.
