Canada to USA gauge cluster swap

Canada to USA gauge cluster swap
Hi! First post here. I just purchased a 2018 is 300 AWD, used from a local dealership. The car was first sold in Canada with CAN spec, and when it was imported to the US, a dealer in another state swapped the KM stuff to miles. Everything works as it should, but I noticed that the speedometer gauge has slipped slightly down from center. It is now offset by about 1/8", which isn't much. But it is annoying because some of the background light filters through the gap, and also my speed is off by about 3mph. Has anyone dealt with this, and is there a decent method to remove the cluster and set the speedo gauge properly?
And yes, the temp is in Celsius. I know you can't swap that without doing a whole new ECM/ECU, and I really don't mind the temp thing.

I am not worried about switching, because everything is already MPH. The issue is that the physical speedo cluster has fallen out of alignment a bit, and I'd like to know if this has happened to anyone else... (and what the best way to fix it might be) Cheers!
