The disconnected hose is an EVAP line. It is before the purge valve, so likely not your vacuum leak unless the purge valve is stuck open.

either spun a bearing or blew a bearing either way i’m not sure to option a rebuild the block ( engine is from paramount jdm 55-65k ) or option b buy a whole new motor. i’m tired of trying to get it passed deq idk what to do if i should just sell it and find a better one or keep on trying to rebuild it and actually get a good motor this time .

I am confused? Have you done an LS swap? I am not sure what engine you have? But the 2JZ, 1UZ and all LS motors are some of the best engines ever built.the best engines ever built. Certainly there have been people who have blown them up.. But the only times have seen it was when they ran it of oil, or put a ridiculous amount of miles on it. And since they all have such long lives you can buy good used ones for less than a$1000.
I am not sure if I overlooked the details of your situation? Or? Could you break it down for me? Maybe there is another explanation?
