chrome trim popping out

If they won't shove back down and you don't think an adhesive will do the trick you will need to remove the warp in them. Carefully remove the piece entirely and use a heat gun to gradually reshape it straight. You will need to be very slow and careful not to fold it and ruin it completely. But that would be my suggestion, reshape with a heat gun.

Those chrome trim pieces are what Toyota calls the belt weather strip. They're held down by belt weather strip clips, and each door has them at the leading and trailing ends. Those clips are presumably bent or broken.
The clip for the both trailing edge of the front door (#13 in the front door diagram) and the leading edge of the rear door (#11 in the rear door diagram) is the same part number, 68212-30030. It is unfortunately discontinued. Take it apart and find out the condition of the clips first. If you need to replace them, your best bet may be finding them at a junkyard or searching if any online retailers have leftover stock.
