Default Help! Filled regular gas by mistake in 2024 RX350 (non hybrid)

Hello! Help! Filled regular 87 gas by mistake in my 2024 RX350 (which requires 91). This is the first time I've done that. Worried that it'll damage the engine or cause other issues. Do I need to use an Octane booster? Or do I just wait till the tank is a little emptier and top it off with Premium 91 ? I only do local driving at lower speeds. Panicking worried about any damage this will cause. Please advice. Thank you!

Plenty of people on here using Regular. I wouldn't do it long term. But one tank won't hurt. Just use it. Or refill at half a tank or whatever. No need for an octane booster.

Keep your foot out of the Turbo and put premium back in every time it is convenient and all will be well with the world. Deep breath.

You will be fine. Fill it up with 93 octane when down to 1/2 a tank and that will boost it back.

Been a while since I've pumped gas but i'm pretty sure OP is in California since he mentions 91 octane and so we wouldn't have 93 octane here if so. So maybe he might want to do his fill with a bit more space in the tank so he gets a bigger boost to compensate?

no problemo. Mistakes happen. Definitely don't put diesel in it! (I know people who have done that).
