Default LS460 drivetrain and electronics swap to other car

Hi, so I've owned 2 2007 ls 460s that can't be driven anymore, the drivetrains and electronics of both are in perfect condition. At first, I was thinking of doing just an engine swap with other car(because the one that car had was blown), but then, turns out the transmission was also blown in that car, so then I decided I would do an everything swap. One of my questions is, what do I need to turn on the 1UR-FSE? Like what modules, ect. Also, does anybody how strong the transmission is to handle a transfer case? The car that's recieving this will be my first truck, a 2000 Nissan Frontier.

I just started removing the engine to see how it fits and take measurements for the machine shop.
This is pretty much a work in progress as I'm just starting, so any tips and info you think might help me are completely welcome.
Thanks in advance!

My advice is, don't do it. IME swapping a different engine into a vehicle it didn't come from the factory with, is opening up a huge can of worms. Plus there's a real risk you might encounter an issue that is impossible to fix without spending more than it is worth.

My grandmother was a fantastic cook, one day I was having a slice of her apple pie and asked...Grandma what is your secret? She replied..." I never loved your grandfather"

Spending more than it's worth is hard, as both cars are basically junk. I want to do this since I've always loved Toyota/Lexus engines, and the idea of putting one in my first truck(which I have a special love for) just feels right. Once the vehicle is done, it could be a fun daily driver.

Phrased it like that because the transfer case I'll be using is the one that comes in that truck. If you have any tips on that I'd love to hear them!
