Question Ride height

My ride height on my 2001 ls430 UL is uneven; the front left of the car is higher than every other part. The ride though is still very comfortable. Any information helps!

The attachment will show you how to measure the ride height. Once you determine if you're out of spec, you can proceed with corrections.

I just measured the ride height by a stick and noticed that the front left suspension is higher than all the other suspension. But I'm not sure if its because of faulty air suspension or what.

How much higher?
Did you make 100% certain that the ground you measured it on is completely level?
Additionally, are all 4 tyres the same size and make/model?
Did you cycle the ride height twice like it says in section 3. w/ Electronic modulated air suspension: ?
