Request for the maintenance manual, plus some intervals
Does anyone have the maintenance manual supplement for 2004-2006? The above post (old) shows 1 page of it but I'd like whole manual. I used to have physical copy and pdf on an old laptop. I can no longer find it online. I saw a 2002 guide on this website as an attachment, but that has differences: timing belt every 6 years for example vs 9 years/90k I believe on 2004+., which is a significant difference in $$.
I've had my 2005 LS40 over 15 years now and know most things "by heart" but there are a few things I forget: spark plug miles and years in particular. I changed mine at 10year/95k miles but believe now that I got confused or had a different version of the manual and did it too early: some online copies of manual I now recall saying plugs at 12 years/120k miles... but I'd like to confirm as that 12 year interval will be coming up in 1-2 years, even though I only have 70k since last plugs.
My rough timings for service, based on when I did read manual:
Timing Belt: 9 years/90k (alas, due in 2027 since I replaced it extra time with water pump failure in 2018)
Coolant every 5 years after the first was done with my timing belt around 9 years/90k miles
brake fluid every 3 years
trans fluid: exchanged at 90k (not in the manual a "lifetime") and will do it again at 20 years old next year with about 75k additional miles. Can't get a dealer to drain/ replace, they all use fluid exchange machine.
Diff fluid: every 60k or so or 6-7years (my choice, not in manual)
power steering fluid: changed just once, recently. No interval in manual
spark plugs: that's my q, I recall it being 12 year (144 months) 120k miles. If so, I will hit based on age, not miles, next.
oil change every 6 months roughly (I use conv 5w30 usually unless a good price at a place on synthetic)
Flange bolt retorque?? nor sure if that is only severe service but I did it once and would like to see what manual says. I have visions of drive shaft going flying away if I never do that !
I don't think I am missing much here (tire rotations and inspections I guess and air filter / cabin air filter occasionally).
But getting the pdf of actual maintenance supplement would be great.

Thanks so much, bradland! I think others will benefit from it as well. Timing belt in indeed 90k miles/9 year, brake fluid every 3 years, coolant every 5 after the 10 year mark. Spark plugs 120k miles/12 years, so I somehow did mine 2 years/20k early, which means it us due in 2027 instead of 2029 if I goby the book and still have my car then. Only surprises were;
❏ Re-torque drive shaft flange bolts
is listed as every 15k miles, routinely (not just on dusty roads, special conditions, etc.) . The once or twice I asked dealer about this over my 15+ years of ownrrship, they did it but said to me that no one ever requests or does it, but they did claim to do it for me. Does anyone know the significance / real need for that? Given it seems ignored (unless checked visually so they never mention it) I doubt I've had it done in years.

FWIW, sometime around 2004-2005, Toyota revised the timing belt time change interval from 72 to 108 months. IMO, this is rather conservative but I'm reluctant to chance it.
