Default Is200t 2017 Fsport check engine p0304 turbo

Hey guys!

Recently in the past couple of days ( 7-8 days id say ). Whenever I would cold start the car, id notice a rough Idling for about 8-9 seconds until the rpm would come down then stabilize. No issue at all once idle stabilised.
If I drive for a while and engine is warm, if i stop the car and restart the car 10 mins after, everything normal. No rough idling.

yesterday the lovely Check engine light popped up with the exclamation mark. Saying There is no more traction control available. i took my OBD2 Reader. Only code is p0304 ( missfire cyl.4 )

A few question.
On the 4cyl turbo. What's the cylinder order? 1 starting to the front of engine bay up to 4 near the backwall ?

Has anyone had same type of issue? Anything I should know about first? Took a quick look at coil packs (without removing them) and everything looks normal.

I was planning on buying a coil pack and maybe 4 spark plugs (93 000 kms) . Anything else i should plan and or look for?

Any input is welcome! I would rather fix this myself instead of sending a 1000$ in repair at lexus dealer.

Thanks in advance guys!
have a great day.

The coil packs are likely fine but you never know. I would start by checking and changing the spark plugs first if they weren't serviced at 64,000 kms (40,000 miles).

And do you know the order of cylinders by any chance?

Cylinder 1 should be at the front of the vehicle (closest to the crankshaft pulley) and 4 should be closest to the rear of the vehicle (closest to the flywheel/transmission).

i am having the same issue and my mechanic flipped the coils to see if the check engine light indicates a different cylinder next.

have you fixed your issue? my mechanic said it can also be a bad fuel injector

Hi,
What was the issue and how did you fix it. I am having similar issue with my Is 200t 2017 model. Is it something with the turbo leaking oil? It would be really helpful if you could explain.
Thanks in advance.
