hello,
Installed the GT haus midpipe several months ago (with stock mufflers). While I really love the sound (esp mid range), there is a mild drone at low speeds that is intolerable to some of the passengers. The midpipe eliminates 2ndary cats, so I am wondering adding aftermarket cats would address this, or adding a resonator?
Thanks in advance,
BK

I have the same version in Titanium. The midpipe eliminates the factory secondary cats and resonators. I would just sell it and buy the Apexi resonated midpipe or tell passengers too bad haha.
You could add resonators too. I’m a fan of the sound. Also running Toms Ti axle back. It sounds glorious.

Produces more sound than stock, gets rid of secondary cats and resonators.

so I have a gt haus mid, paired with Greddy axle back, its loud in a good way...had it last 2 years, recently put a Toms axle back.
I dont think it made it any less louder, maybe just deeper.
Apexi resonated mid pipe is little louder than stock, some say its too quiet. I know the "drone" you are taking about its at low rpms and goes away on cruise but not enough to bother me. Its not a Daily and I appreciate the exotic sound.

Anyone know how the full Apexi res catback sounds (with the Apexi axle back)? I've looked around but don't seem to find anything. What I have found is the Apexi midpipe with different axle backs. Thanks.
