There are quite a lot of good TopGear clips on this site, as well as others.
If you can stand the SUPER SLOOOOOW download, its worth a visit.
Most of the time I just let it download overnight and watch the clips next day

its a huge TORRENT site with only Top Gear and Fifth gear episodes. also, since it was broadcast on BBC in the UK i dont think theres any broaching of the copyright here.
