ok, so with the new gallery i can see my private albums that got lost from tha last CL upgrade but now when I click on the album it says i need a password? what would that be? is their a standrad one we use to get it and than are able to change it?

if you guys remember a while back we started a thread trying to explain that on the last version of CL we were able to have private ablums in our gallery where only we could open it when logged in but it got lost in translation. now with the new version of the gallery it popped back up when i click my gallery but a password is asked from me to open it. any help appricated. i really liked this option from before and i no i don't have any nasty pics in there just old photos i really liked.

any help?

A - you got me on this one... try your normal login password (or if you've changed it, try the older ones) and see if that works. I know the tech guys upgraded the gallery again a couple of weeks ago so maybe the private piece is back.

The gallery was updated last week to try to fix this problem

Since I don't use the private feature I can't test to see if what you say was broken is fixed... try it out and let us know

No, it still says password needed ans when i try to create a new one it says not allowed at this time...

ok. I'm able to create a new albun now and i chose from the option or make it private yes or no and chose yes.

i created it and named it. and its private.

When i click "my photos", it gives me a list of my my created albums and also pics and if i click to one of the private it ones it asks for a passwrod but i just found that if i click on "my albums" i can now veiw my old private created albums and also can now load pics to them and keep them private.

Thank you so much...I always loved this feature from the last CL and i love it again now..

I never had that problem, I just went around it through the admin function in the gallery.
