How do I add a picture as a signature?

I see many people here with a personal picture in their signature. I created one but I'm clueless as to adding it to my signature. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

I am not understanding your question. Do you mean you have created a signature already and you just want to link it? Or do you mean you have a picture and you want to make a signature?
