Log out, close all windows with CL open, delete your browser cookies and restart your machine

No, He told me if i do it again i would be suspended. If i would do it again then i would be banned

There is nothing wrong with your account setup at all. I've reset it multiple times.

Did you delete your cookies like I said above?
