Carson Toyota
This may come as a plug, but so few times do people get good things written.
Back in December I had purchased roughly $1600 in parts from Carson Toyota including the Torque Converter and S&S Headers.
As I'm driving home a few hours after placing the order Gordon calls me right up and confirms ALL parts of my order. Even the color wires I wanted for my Hypermax Voltage system. He even Explained to me that my Bushings order was short and if I wanted to order the proper ammount for correct fittings.
Due to it being so close to Christmas Gordon was cordial and asked if it was ok with me if he put fullfilled the order after the holidays in mid January. Being that race season was over and I was in absolutely no hurry I agreed.
Mid January I call back to inquire about the Order. Gordon remembered me and let me know he is just waiting on the Headers. I had already recieved the Dragon Torque Converter.
The end of January came and I had a few voice mails from Gordon that admittidly I had neglected to return. I called to see the status of the order and they were still waiting on the Headers. Instead of waiting on the full order completion they shipped the other parts that were available.
The headers have just arrived last night. Gordon was on the ball, always putting the heat on S&S to whom were the real hold up on this. Though I assume since the headers are essentially custom fabricated, they do take a while to make.
In summary, I will 100% reccommend Carson Toyota and Gordon to anyone looking for Stock and After Market Parts for their Lexus or Toyota. I appreciate their business and professionality.

Great bunch of guys, they also helped me when I wanted just the right color for my Hypervoltage and Hyperground wires, even ones for my cousins VW Golf.

Steve, Luis, Gordon and the rest of the team at Carson Toyota are #1 in my books. I've been going to them since the inception of CL and back from my other Toyota club days. You guys are an important asset to our community.

Luis at Carson
Ok, I have to add my story as well.
I recently ordered the LX Mode grill for my IS350 and Luis has been great about keeping me updated. I decided to have it color matched (Obsidian) and Luis made sure that the paint was perfect (even sent it back to the painter because he saw some blemishes).
So refreshing to have someone honest to deal with.
