Default TM Engineering??

How are they still a vendor of CL?

They lack email/phone communication..that's basic customer service right there. Not to mention the endless complaints about TM not shipping out their products within weeks, if not months... Heck, many people are just starting to come out of the closet in the SC forum due to AutocoutureSC's mishap. They kept his car for over 1.5 years and during that time, the car was outside collecting dust and was broken into. Todd already took the money before the project even started!! There are always two sides to a story, but Todd would have to have a heck of an explanation for this one. I have been at TM's office before and I have seen AutocourtureSC's car in BAD condition, much like the GS in the back.

It's not uncommon for items to be shipped out VERY late. We've had a few instances where coilovers were not delivered by the 6th month! That is UNACCEPTABLE by anyone's standard.

Because of TM, few OGs are leaving the community due to the hassle and grief that TM has given us. Carson, Sewell, etc have much higher volume of customers, yet they are able to keep up. TM is a one man show, but that is NOT an excuse. If he can't handle it, he shouldn't be doing this business in the first place. Many times I could have bought from TM, but I gladly paid more to buy from Carson/Sewell. I have warned people about TM; however, they are just beginning to see the light.

Again, will we ever let go of TM as a vendor? We dont need another Lextasy

Sincerely,
Clublexus Members

I could have told you that! Ive yelled at Todd over the phone many many times before. I was going to go find him down in Socal one time. You are going through a similar situation a friend of mine is going through with another local shop out here in the North Bay. What I would do is grab your spare key, start the car, and go! Either that or sue. Please be sure to keep us updated. Good luck.

I remember trying to contact him a while ago to order some bushings. I am glad I never did.

Dude so sorry to hear about your situation, your SC was one of the first I saw online with the AC kit years ago and I knew I had to get it too ha ha. Hope something works out for you and TM get what they deserve.

Thanks CL! But please, let's keep the personal comments at Todd away from this thread. This is about how TM Engineering as a company refuses to contact me in regards to my car... and how they ignore my countless calls/emails/text messages to return my car.

There were a lot of discrepancies with the stories he told me and the stories fellow members recently PM'd me about when they saw my car. I can only imagine the worst with my car...

Im a nice guy, and I am willing to settle this in a cordial matter. But it takes 2 to tango.

Lee,

Perhaps the Socal Triad and Tony can help you finish your car. PM Stevechumo or JamesN. I am sure they are willing to lend a hand.
