New CL banner?

How about we change the new CL Banner? (The one with the IS, GS, and the SC) and make a competition about it, then we let the admins pick the best and change it?

No biggie, just a suggestion

We'd like to do that (and have for some time). It's not as easy as it sounds though since the banner is an integrated part of the site header.

Will see if we can't request it though
