how to post pics

how do insert pics in a thread, there is a icon says insert image, and it ask u for the url of the pic, how do i insert pics from my picture folder?? thanks

Go to http://imageshack.us and upload your pictures there, you will be given a unique URL for each image you upload. Just copy and paste it here.
