Default Attaching pics

OK, so now I am trying to figure out how to inset a pic into a message. I have done a search and seems like I am doing everything that was mentioned in one thread but when it was finally fixed and the pics were able to be inserted, it was never said what the problem was. I have noticed that the preview button is of little help because it is still wiping out the image attach name. So what do I need to do to actually insert a 50K jpeg into a message? I have gotten a link inserted but not the actual image. This is the image of Percy's sound graph that he e mailed to me and asked if I knew how to insert it. The IMG button wanst a http: address so I assume it will just point somewhere. The attach file is just attaching a link to the picture. I am curious how you actually paste the image into the posting. Any help?

When you reply to the thread, click "Browse" (See below) and locate the image on your PC.

Then click "Submit Reply". The picture will appear in the body of the message like the picture below.

Good luck.

Ahhh ..... I just found out that if you attach an image and press "preview reply" first, the image won't come out, but if you go straight to "submit reply", it will work.
So one can't preview a post if attaching an image.

Also, after you preview (with or without an attached image), DO NOT USE THE BROWSER'S BACK BUTTON!!!. You'll lose the body of your message!

Welcome

The picture needs to be hosted somewhere to use that method (like our gallery). Or if its small enough just attach it
